The villa consists of 2 large queen bedrooms upstairs, the fully air conditioned master has its own private deck overlooking the canal water frontage. A large two way bathroom with a private spa services these bedrooms and there is a powder room downstairs.

The ground floor consists of a large living area and kitchen/ dining area which all face the garden and waterways. A TV, VCR, DVD and stereo system are available in the living area, while the master bedroom has a TV & VCR.

This Noosa holiday villa is surrounded by manicured lawns, fountains and private walled gardens ensuring privacy and security. A very friendly old dog lives on the premises and the owner requests that the gates are always shut so he won't run away!

A remote lock up garage is available for your car and a private entrance with a keyed gate and garage door to a walled garden. Only a short, flat walk to the Noosa River and Gympie Terrace where you will find bustling restaurants and coffee shops.
