Our Meet and Greet Concierge service is a perfect solution to the start of your Holiday. We make sure that you are given a warm welcome and all information about your holiday home and surroundings will be explained.

 

WHY MEET AND GREET?

Almost every holiday starts the same way. Packing, never ending traveling, then hire a car, finding a parking spot for key collection, or if you have organised shuttle bus, sometimes it can be difficult for key collection, then find the holiday home you booked and then unpacking, shopping, looking for restaurants and so on. That is why a meet and greet Concierge package can relieve all the unnecessary worry and you can start your holiday sooner rather than later.

 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

When you are leaving the airport, you just give us a call on a nominated special mobile number informing us you are on your way to the property. Our Host will wait for you in front of the property (or somewhere easy to find at the property), and the Host will be available on the phone in case you are not sure on the location and need help to find your place. After your arrival, our Host will help you with your luggage guiding you into the property. She will show you around the property, explain how the house equipment works and introduce rules to abide by.

 

There will be a welcome package ready for you, so you don't have to hurry to a shop for basic supplies. Our Host will also provide some useful information and tips about local restaurants, shops, transport or excursions if required. She will then hand over the keys and inform you about the checkout time. Before handing over the keys our Host will inspect the property for any possible damage. In case of any damage a video or photos will be taken, and the property manager will be notified.

 

HOW TO BOOK THIS SERVICE?

Simply request the service at the time of making your booking with our friendly reservations Team.

The cost of the Meet n Greet Host will be $110.00 inclusive of GST and this will be added to the Tariff and is due at the time the deposit is taken to confirm the booking.

 

Don’t forget - we also provide 24/7 assistance in case of an emergency.
