Unit 12 is a spacious two storey townhouse with a north east aspect providing a peaceful sunny ambiance and leafy outlook for your enjoyment.
This two bedroom, two bathroom townhouse in beautiful Little Cove provides the perfect holiday retreat located at one end of the townhouse complex.
The unit has many large private paved outdoor entertaining areas which is not far from the entrance of the National park.
The landscaped lawn area with communal barbecue.
There is also a lovely shared pool elevated on timber decking located close by to the unit within the complex grounds.
Downstairs features an open plan kitchen, with the dining and lounge areas flowing directly onto the outdoor entertaining area.
Upstairs features two spacious bedrooms with large balcony off the Master Bedroom.
Little Cove Townhouses are perfectly situated in a quiet area of Little Cove being only a short stroll to the board walk
access to all the fantastic features Noosa has to offer.
Close to Beautiful Little Cove and Main Beach, fantastic restaurants and Boutique shopping on The Famous Iconic Hasting Street and close to the renowned Noosa National Park.
Entrance to the National Park is located directly opposite Unit 12, providing access to the numerous walking tracks to surf beaches and Look outs.

Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk and detergents (to get you through your first night). Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 2.00pm and no exceptions to this timing can be made.

Nice and clean unit and with all necessary kitchen items. Great location and love the pool and easy access to the beach and Hasting Street. However, it would be great if internet access could be provided as I had no cover for my mobile phone. Look forward to our next stay in 2019.

Management Response: With regard to internet coverage, the Owner has had this looked into but the cost to have it connected it totally prohibitive as it requires significant rewiring. Mobile phone coverage in this area, as with many areas in the Noosa and Sunshine Beach area, can be difficult due to the hills and lack of line of sight to towers – likewise some areas cannot get free to air TV as well.

Thank you for recommending this property for our stay in Little Cove. We have stayed in several other properties in Little Cove and this one is by far our favourite. The beautiful outlook into a tropical garden from all the windows upstairs and down was a daily delight along with the shady and peaceful seclusion of the outdoor area giving us privacy to sit outside anytime from early morning breakfast to evening drinks. Thank you also for organising our after hours key pick up and early check out. We look forward to returning to this property for our next holiday.

These units are close to everything you want we have stayed here many times and this year we found the unit to be good and clean and well maintained the only thing that was not going was a few light globes were out or missing.
