Comprises 2 bedrooms (1 X Q/s and 2 X Single beds) and 1 bathroom (separate toilet and no full bath) - in a small block of 6, with tandem parking for 2 cars, ceiling fans in bedrooms and living area, air conditioning in living area which will satisfy the whole unit, cool terracotta tiled floors throughout, fully equipped kitchen with Blanco dishwasher, oven and cooktop, microwave, 2 door fridge, venetian blinds throughout, balcony with access from the main bedroom as well as the living area and with security screen doors and some windows, 32" LCD HD TV and DVD player, shared laundry facilities.

Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk and detergents (to get you through your first night). Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 2.00pm and no exceptions to this timing can be made.

Two of us stayed in the unit while on a Golf Trip from NZ. The Unit suited us to the ground. Although not large it had all the facilities we needed. It also had the necessary kitchen appliances. There is only the one Air Conditioning Unit but with fans in every room this proved more than satisfactory in keeping us cool. The beds were comfortable. . I also wish to pass on my thanks on to your staff. Prior to arrival I rang from NZ to arrange a late key pick up. The staff member was polite, efficient and most helpful on the telephone. Also we visited your office the following day and signed our registration card. Again the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall we had an enjoyable experience. Thanks.

Best location for great value place in Noosa, we have stayed all over Noosa in the past and loved this location so close and apart from a hill it was all flat to get with prams apart from the steps into the apartment. Great size for a family and would stay again and would go as far as to refer this place to friends too. Communication was fast and helpful. Check in and out times were very flexible which we appreciated with little kids involved. Only down fall is the traffic noise but you do get used to it and didn’t keep us from a good night sleep in a comfy bed. Thank you so much for having us stay it was just as described and pictures. Great location and the perfect size for us. We will definitely stay again and tell others too.

Whilst a bit basic the unit was clean, well presented and an easy 5 min walk to Hastings St. at a fraction of Hasting St prices. Most probably needs a double bed in second bedroom. NHR were great to deal with and staff very helpful. It was a return visit for me to the unit and I go for the beach and sun, not to be inside of a unit. All over great.
