This beautifully renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment faces due north, fantastic for winter sun and water views. Double glazed bi-fold doors open out onto the balcony allowing uninterrupted stunning views over the Noosa River.

Within 100 metres is the Noosa Sound Shopping Centre with general store, restaurants, cafe and shops. A pleasant 8 minute walk to Hastings Street and Main Beach. Cool off in the swimming pool or catch fresh fish for dinner from the private jetty.

Note: Minimum Tariffs apply for each season based on Minimum Nights, however stays can be shorter than the minimum nights subject to the minimum tariff being paid.



Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk and detergents (to get you through your first night). Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 2.00pm and no exceptions to this timing can be made.

Great spot. I'd stay there again

: I would first like to start by saying the staff at nhr were all lovely from initial phone call to key pick up etc. The unit is in a fantastic location, was private and quiet, and perfect for our stay with a 12 year old boy..who could fish off the jetty(and caught some fish!) and my partner could go every morning for a stand up paddle. The unit was well equipped, and had everything we needed. The only thing I would point out, is that it did seem a little tired, and in need of a little general maintenance. However, as i said at the beginning we had a lovely stay, would probably book here again. Thanks J

We had a great 10 days at this very well priced property on the river! Beautiful views, 1km to Hastings st, excellent supplies in the kitchen for us people that cook on holidays too! Only little problem was the difficulty locking and unlocking the door on the main bedroom to balcony. We will be back! Thank you for keeping the price so reasonable!!

We loved our stay. The view is spectacular so we ate all of our meals on the balcony. We enjoyed our afternoon swims in the pool and even did some fishing from the pontoon. The apartment was excellent value and had everything we needed. We can't wait to go back.

Wonderful. This unit is affordable and roomy. We used to rent No 2. Absolutely loved it and then it was sold and refurbished in decor that could be in a unit in Melbourne and the price increased a lot. I appreciate very much the owner of No 3 keeping the price reasonable and I would like him to know that. Thank you.
