With 18 meters of water frontage and sandy beach, and only less than a 10 minute stroll to iconic Hastings St and Noosa Main Beach, this property is sure to delight for your next Noosa getaway. The lower level contains the master bedroom suite with a King bed, walk in robe, en-suite, wall mounted TV and a tranquil waterfront outlook. The over-sized media room on this level features surround sound, 65 inch TV, and direct access to the front garden area. The fully equipped kitchen is huge and includes an island with a stone bench top over 4 meters long, a 5 burner gas cook top, Omega dishwasher, Artusi wall oven, Panasonic microwave and large fridge/freezer. The living/dining provides an unparalleled sense of space with wide sliding glass doors opening onto the rear sheltered and undercover entertainment area overlooking the water front. A separate powder room and an over-sized fully equipped laundry (which includes another shower) completes the lower level.

On the upper level, there are 2 extra bedrooms - one so large it has 2 Queen beds - plus a generous family bathroom.

All rooms have inverter air conditioning systems plus ceiling fans in all rooms except the smaller bedroom upstairs.

Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk and detergents (to get you through your first night). Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 2.00pm and no exceptions to this timing can be made.

Our accommodation was very well equipped and sparkling clean. The house was a perfect size for us and the TV's internet all worked well which can sometimes challenging when staying in houses v's hotels. High chair and BBQ provided with kitchen fully equipped made our stay easy too. The Air conditioning broke but was fixed in a timely manner once the agent could get someone to asses it. The only issue that needs addressing at the premise is the drainage in the bathroom sinks. By no means a complaint but may need to be looked at. Thanks again.
