The open plan master suite is located upstairs with a private balcony with an eastern aspect from which the sea views are simply spectacular - what a way to wake each morning!
The house is designed for a year round holiday - pool and outdoor living in summer and an open fire to curl up in front off in winter with your favourite book, hot chocolate or brandy - just picture yourself in this environment!
And all this just a short walk to the pristine sands of Sunshine Beach and the restaurants that Duke St is famous for.

Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk and detergents (to get you through your first night). Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 2.00pm and no exceptions to this timing can be made.
