PLEASE NOTE: The swimming pool in this complex will be undergoing maintenance and repairs and will not be available to use from 30th April until 13th May 2018

Note: Minimum Tariffs apply for each season based on Minimum Nights, however stays can be shorter than the minimum nights subject to the minimum tariff being paid.



Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk and detergents (to get you through your first night). Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 2.00pm and no exceptions to this timing can be made.

Thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at this beautifully appointed apartment in a superb location with views. Kitchen facilities - excellent with a well appointed kitchen. Kettle BBQ on the balcony was well used. The fold out awning provided extra shade as the sun streams in through the large folding doors and really heats up the sitting room. A few of our guests have had knee problems, so the lift was an added bonus and we did not have to lug heavy cases and shopping up and down stairs as well. Media Room - excellent (would have been even better if we could have connected to Fetch TV as we would have been happy to pay for this as an extra option) Bedrooms - beds were very comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space and storage for clothes. One downside - light comes through sides of roller blinds and the main bedroom with the balcony and the second bedroom are both light at 4.30 am. The room with the singles was not used, but the ground floor one was, and the light coming in was not as bad down there. Air Conditioning - whisper quiet and efficient and we were so thrilled to have one in each bedroom. Fly screens on all windows - fantastic Access to laundry is a little awkward as you have to go downstairs and through either garage (which has car parked in front of laundry door) or through bedroom on bottom and then out the bedroom around to clothes line. However, this is a small inconvenience for such a nice place. Service of the apartment halfway through stay was fantastic. It was so nice to have clean linen and towels. If beach towels were included for hire it would be even better and maybe two towels each rather than one. We used the pool and facilities which were kept clean. We also went to put the rubbish bins out only to discover that they were put out for us and brought back in - added bonus. The gardens and lawns are kept beautifully and the gardener was there several times during our stay cleaning up leaves and trimming hedges as well as doing lawns. On the whole our stay was definitely 5 STAR. Lastly, thank you to NHR staff for your excellent customer service and for immediately attending to the maintenance issues we had during our stay. The property is a well maintained unit in a great location, close to Hastings Street, Noosa, and also to Noosa Junction. The Noosa Holiday Rental company was very good to deal with throughout, from booking the property, payment procedure, and collecting and returning the keys. The bathrooms and kitchen were excellent.
