* Sony Bravia 65 inch Smart TVs in both living areas (upstairs and downstairs) and 32 inch Smart TV wall mounted in the master bedroom

* 2 Car lock up garage - please note that the driveway is steep and low cars need to enter the garage slowly and on an angle. Some low slung cars do scrape the floor as they enter but this is uncommon.

* PLEASE NOTE: A Cleaning fee of $200 plus GST will be added to the Tariff for all bookings in this property

* This property is NOT pet friendly

* Sorry but NO weddings, parties, functions or schoolies are permitted

* Smoking is not permitted anywhere on this property

Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk and detergents (to get you through your first night). Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 2.00pm and no exceptions to this timing can be made.
