Located not far from the popular Sunshine Beach restaurants, iconic surf beach and surf club in one direction and the shops, restaurants, movie complex and commercial hub of Noosa in the other direction.

The ideal holiday property for the extended family or 2 families to enjoy and minimise their costs but be staying in a great holiday property.

* 4 bedrooms in total - 3 Queen beds, 2 singles (including one trundle)

* 2 of the bedrooms are located on the upper level - the Master and the bedroom with the 2 singles

* The other 2 bedrooms are located on lower level, both with Queen beds and one has a wall mounted 48 inch TV

* 2 bathrooms incl an ensuite to the master bedroom on the upper level.

* Renovated ultra modern kitchen with 4 burner gas cooktop, electric underbench oven, microwave, 2 X F&P dish drawer dishwashers, large fridge/freezer

* Dining area includes a lounge, dining table and chairs to seat 8 and a wall mounted TV - simple luxury to enjoy

* Fully equipped laundry with top loading washing machine and electric drier

* Air conditioning units in all rooms plus ceiling fans

* Property is fully screened and with FREE wifi

* Leading out from the living/dining area upstairs is a large outdoor deck set up for al fresco dining and includes a WEBER gas BBQ and overlooks the pool area

* Main living area includes a huge 75 inch TV with Netflix, and comfy seating for all the family

* The rear of the property is the sparkling in ground swimming pool with slippery dip - just right for cooling off.

* A second undercover area downstairs includes a table and chairs adjacent to the pool

* Sleeps 8

* Parking for 2 cars - one in the garage and one in the drive way

* Sorry but no weddings, parties, functions or schoolies are permitted

* Smoking is not permitted anywhere on this property

Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk and detergents (to get you through your first night). Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 2.00pm and no exceptions to this timing can be made.
