Situated in prestigious Noosa Waters with a long water view, there is room for all the family to kick back and relax and not be in each other's space - what more could you want for your next Noosa Getaway.

Located in a very quiet residential street, the home is conveniently located within a 5 minute stroll to the supermarket and shops of Noosa Village and with just a further 5 minute stroll you will arrive at famous Gympie Tce with its multitude of restaurants and cafes and the river front.

With 2 living areas and a sitting room/library, this home exudes space.

The upper level includes 2 extra large bedrooms each with King size beds and each with its own ensuite, with these rooms separated by a sitting room and library.

On the lower level there is a Queen bedroom with ensuite, as well as another Queen bedroom and Single bedroom which share a family bathroom (with full bath). The single bedroom contains a King single bed with a trundle mattress under.

* Two (2) Smart TVs with Netflix plus Free WIFI

* 15 m pool (not heated)

* Loch Key available but must be requested at time of booking - this will allow you bring your boat or Jet ski to enjoy around the water ways of the River or Noosa waters - a $500 Bond is required when receiving the lock key - this will be charged to your credit card and refunded when the loch key is returned

* Please note, 1 Car Garage only is available - 2 Car space in Driveway and ample off street parking available

* Sleeps maximum of 10

* Please be aware that this property is NOT fenced to the water and therefore is not suitable for small children

Restrictions:
Weddings, parties, functions or schoolies are NOT permitted
No pets allowed
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on this property
This property is located in a residential area and external noise restrictions apply after 9.00pm at night

Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk and detergents (to get you through your first night). Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 2.00pm and no exceptions to this timing can be made.

The property is wonderful, very spacious, well furnished and the kitchen is very well equipped for entertaining ( glasses, bowls, plates, cutlery, oven trays etc). Each couple had their own space and beautiful bedrooms. the outside lounges were very comfortable to watch the world go by, so relaxing and quiet. We will be back.
