The Unit - This 2-bedroom (1 queen and 2 singles) , 2 bathroom is simple in decor but it is all about the Sunshine Beach holiday location - it features an ensuite to the master & a full-size bath in the family bathroom. A 2nd floor unit gives breezy views of the beach in the distance with its large bright balcony and a second balcony overlooks the complex swimming pool. There is no wifi internet please note.
This unit does not have aircon but ceiling fans. The unit is fully self-contained with a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and microwave, laundry facilities, and secure undercover parking for one car. Relax by the pool or take a stroll down to the local shops, restaurants, and Sunshine Beach Surf Club.
Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchen items and laundry. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a simple starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk and detergents etc. to get you through your first night. Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 3.00pm.
Note: This property is strictly a non-smoking environment and prohibits weddings, functions, parties or schoolies - If this policy is breached you will face immediate eviction and all funds paid will be forfeited.
